Job Description
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Assists in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Assists in other HR related concerns (Compensation and Benefits, performance reviews and employee records)
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Requirements and skills:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Preferably from food and beverage industry
With understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
Good problem-solving abilities
Willing to work ONSITE at BGC Taguig, Mon-Fri.
