Trade Channel Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee various trade channels such as retailers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
Achieve assigned sales quotas by actively monitoring and driving sales performance within assigned accounts.
Develop, coordinate, and implement trade marketing programs to support sales and marketing objectives.
Conduct regular data analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with trade partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Lead negotiations on trade deals, promotions, and account agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution of marketing programs and trade activities.
Monitor merchandising activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to management based on market feedback and channel performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any course.
With relevant experience in Trade Marketing and Channel Management.
Background in merchandising, marketing, sales, account management, or distribution is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
Must be willing to work full time onsite in Ermita, Manila and fieldwork.
