Travel Representative

Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries from clients about travel products and services
• Assist with booking travel arrangements, ensuring accurate details and itineraries
• Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities
• Handle complaints and resolve issues related to travel bookings
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and sales conversion
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of travel destinations, flight routes, hotels, and car rental companies
• Experience with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
