Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role requires a combination of , and involves working closely with both to provide tailored travel solutions, drive repeat business, and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with , including corporate clients, tour operators, and individual leisure travelers.
Tailored Travel Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing customized travel solutions, itineraries, and group tours that meet their requirements and budget.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote and sell the company’s travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met, and travel packages are .
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience, addressing any concerns or issues that arise and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
Client Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present proposals and promotional materials to potential clients, highlighting the unique features of the company’s offerings.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM tracker, and report on sales progress and pipeline updates regularly to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of work experience in sales or client-facing roles
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
