Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Responsible for planning, coordinating and leading the efforts of the Corporate Sales Project Management Department in all phase pf the project life cycle, maintain and improving the company’s project management methodology and shall serve as the primary point of contract for project-level communication.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), and in Architecture or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Has an experience on managing Installation of office furniture is an advantage.
Job Description
1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
3. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
4. Effectively applies the approved methodology and enforces project standards
5. Prepares for project reviews
6. Minimizes the company’s exposure and risk in each project
7. Attends project meetings with client/s and or contractors together with any member of the Corporate Sales Operation Dept., when necessary
8. Conducts actual site inspection and measurement, when necessary
9. Compute the estimated installation charge of every projects based on the available parameters prior to the quotation or bid.
10. Monitors the proper conduct of all pre-installation activities, such as, but not limited to the following;
Project Gantt Chart and manpower requirement to complete the installation
Working permits, gate pass, etc., required for the project ingress and egress
Completeness of tools needed for the installation
11. Generally oversees the installation of projects to ensure that commitments are delivered as agreed upon with the client and/or contractor
12. Conducts inspection at the work site during installation and upon completion of the project
13. Ensures the proper use and storage of the company’s installation tools and equipment
14. Coordinates with the Corporate Sales Operations Dept. Head for any problem encountered during the project installation
15. Ensures the proper turn-over of a project and the client’s acknowledgement in the Certificate of Acceptance one (1) week after installation completion
16. Monitors back jobs and ensures its completion in one (1) week
17. Receives reviews and approves all work order request from the Corporate Sales Operation Dept. Head. Schedules installer/s for the inspection of the items for repair
18. Holds regular status monitoring meetings with the project team
19. Keeps the project team well informed of the changes within the organization and general corporate news
20. Effectively communicates relevant information to immediate superiors
21. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner
22. Understand how to communicate difficult and or sensitive information tactfully
23. Suggest areas for the improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
24. Reviews the status report of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
25. Complies with and helps to enforce the company’s standard policies and procedures
26. Review and monitor daily time record and overtime of the installers.
27. Review and check installers liquidation and reimbursement.
28. Coordinate and monitor the installation for VISMIN.
