Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers accurately.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and resolving complaints.
Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
Restock shelves and assist with inventory management tasks.
Ensure pricing accuracy by scanning items correctly and verifying prices.
