Job Description
H2 Pay Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to independently handle our accounting operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures
- Manage billing, collections, expense monitoring, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare regulatory and management reports
- Ensure BIR compliance and manage relationships with external auditors
- Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years in accounting
- 5+ years of experience with accounting software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in reconciliation projects preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
