Job Description
If you’re a High School Graduate or ALS Graduate, have some experience in healthcare (either through coursework or work experience), and are passionate about helping others, this opportunity is for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch service
- Guide customers through medical processes, offering clear and helpful explanations
- Ensure timely and accurate responses, maintaining a positive customer experience
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- Experience in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred but not required)
- Able to communicate fluently in Tagalog, with no English communication skills required
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
