Job Description
-Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
-Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance.
-Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects.
-Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal salesand operations teams.
-Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service. -Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
-At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details tonon-technical clients.
-Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
-Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits. -Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
SALARY RANGE: Php 23,000– Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission) WORK LOCATION: MABOLO, CEBU
