Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and map current processes to spot inefficiencies.
Document workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
Identify and propose data-driven process improvements.
Design optimized future-state processes.
Support process implementation and integration.
Monitor performance metrics and address issues.
Engage stakeholders to align process goals.
Assist with change management and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least a minimum of 2 years to 3 years up relevant experience or as a Process Engineer.
Project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Agile, Project Management, DMAIC)
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools. (Visio)
Stay current with best practices and drive ongoing improvements.
Preferably Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Trained.
