Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least a minimum of 2 years to 3 years up relevant experience or as a Process Engineer. (Non-Negotiable)
Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Agile, Project Management, DMAIC) (Non-Negotiable)
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools. (Visio) (Non-Negotiable)
Experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business process management. (Non-Negotiable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. (Non-Negotiable)
Knowledge/Experience in change management principles and methodologies. (Non-Negotiable)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Preferably Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Trained.
