Job Description
STORE SUPERVISOR (RETAIL)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the daily operation of the store to achieve its objective to minimize costs while maximizing profits.
Implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales target.
Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting sales.
Manages actual selling and customer service.
Ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards.
Oversees implementation of standard store operations and store personnel.
Prepares weekly/monthly sales report.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 to 3 yeas experience in sales-retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, has good problem solving skills
Excellent people management skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Exudes a very pleasant and positive demeanor
Must be willing to work in Quezon City
