Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve departmental goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and innovation.

Production Oversight: Oversee the entire garment manufacturing process from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards. Address quality issues promptly and effectively.

Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within limits and aligned with overall company objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the production process.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all staff are trained in safety procedures.
