Job Description

Type: Full-time
Location: Angeles City, Pampanga
Monthly Salary: PHP 18,000 (depends on experience and qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Qualifications:

 Female, 25–32 years old
 With a pleasing personality; height is a plus
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
 Experience in client retention, customer service, or administrative roles
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:

PHONE CALLS
• Handle and coordinate client calls on routine concerns, ensuring smooth transitions, resolution, and
escalation when needed.

EMAIL MANAGEMENT
• Manage client emails via the centralized repository, ensuring timely, accurate responses and proper
documentation.

MAF (Coordination with Front-End Team)
• Coordinate with Front-End to obtain documents, encode the MAF with necessary revisions, and send
the COC to the client.

AMLA REQUIREMENTS
• Identify and follow up on AMLA requirements, track document status, and ensure client compliance
through regular communication.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
• Prepare, revise, and track MOAs, manage signing and notarization, and submit copies to clients and
Audit Team.

REIMBURSEMENT MONITORING
• Process and track soft copy reimbursement requests, coordinate with Claims, and update clients with
deposit slips.

SMARTSHEET MONITORING
• Monitor and update client concerns in Smartsheet, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when
needed.
