Job Description

An Account Coordinator is a professional who provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, assisting with various functions like recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. They act as a liaison between the organization and its employees, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and effectively. Also, supports managers by handling day-to-day client communication, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth account operations.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Coordinator:
Onboarding:
Handle onboarding tasks like coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring new employee paperwork is completed.

Employee Records Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, payroll data, and performance records.

HR Process Support:
Assisting with various HR processes, such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Communication and Collaboration:
Responding to employee inquiries, acting as a point of contact for HR-related matters, and collaborating with other departments.

Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
