Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication

Quickly respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions

Adhere to company guidelines while working onsite under a shifting schedule

Qualifications
Must be 18 years old or above and currently living in Metro Manila

Accepting high school (old curriculum), SHS graduates, college undergraduates, and fresh graduates

Strong communication skills

Open to working onsite and in rotating shifts

BPO experience is an advantage but not required
