Job Description
The initial round of pre-screening interviews will take place over the phone.
**Position: Reservations Supervisor (Cebu)**
**Work Setup:** On-site in Cebu City
**Shift:** No fixed schedule
**Requirements:**
- Bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
