Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding insurance products (e.g., auto, home, health, life, etc.).

Provide accurate information about coverage, policy status, billing, and payment options.

Assist customers with filing claims, processing renewals, or updating policy information.

Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Document all interactions in the CRM or insurance software system.

Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department (e.g., claims, underwriting).

Educate customers about new or existing insurance products and recommend suitable coverage where appropriate.

Stay up to date with company policies, insurance regulations, and industry best practices.
