Job Description
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Resolving customer issues by providing accurate information and guiding them through processes
Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers where appropriate
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
HS (old curicculum Grad)/ SHS graduate
Previous experience in a customer-facing or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry / Without BPO Experience are also welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
A positive, friendly and customer-centric attitude
