Work Shift: Night Shift (US Timezone) | Monday to Friday
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through research and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Keep detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City during night shift hours.
