Job Description
Continuous sourcing of applicants from the same industry or otherwise to join SMDC to support the manpower requirement of all Sales Channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily invitation of applicants for interview.
- Encodes all application forms to database.
- Screens resumes of sourced applicants.
- Conducts initial interview to applicants.
- Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Sales Director and Sales Directors for final interview, and to the Sales Head for approval.
- Monitors status of all processed applicants.
-Performs general administrative duties such as sorting and filing of resumes and application forms.
- Monitors payment of any related recruitment activities.
- Assists in preparing materials for job fairs or any sourcing events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor's degree related to Psychology, Behavioral science, or any other related courses.
- With one (1) year working experience in Recruitment or Sourcing in the Real Estate industry.
- With good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer Literate
- Amenable to work in Pasay City, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
