Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance function. This role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the company’s growth and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives
Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong background in financial analysis, strategy, and reporting
Proven track record of managing teams and driving results
Excellent communication and leadership skills
