Job Summary:
The Inventory and Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing inventory, pricing, terms of payment, and profit and loss (P&L) computations. This role requires a keen understanding of real estate inventory and pricing principles, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support sales and business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Real estate experience is required.
Good understanding of inventory and pricing management principles.
At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Pricing, Terms of Payment, Computation, and P&L preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, as well as emerging data analysis tools.
Experience working with SAP.
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, mathematics, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels, including sales teams, middle, and senior management.
Confident in presentation skills.
Customer-oriented with a sense of urgency and professionalism in handling client concerns.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
