Job Description
Education & Experience:
*High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or vocational training is a plus)
*Experience operating busbaring machines or CNC machines (1-3 years preferred)
*Familiarity with busbar fabrication, electrical panels, or sheet metal work
Skills & Competencies:
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
*Proficient in machine setup, programming, and operation
*Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
*Understanding of safety procedures and protocols
*Basic computer skills for operating machine software
*Precision and attention to detail for accurate cuts and bends
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
*CNC machine operation or machining certification
*Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
*Electrical or mechanical certifications
Physical Requirements:
*Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
*Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
