Job Description
· Maintain electronics and hard copy filling system
· Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence
· Perform data entry and scan documents
· Maintain office supply for department
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails.
· Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all returned items - tool: Returns Monitoring Excel File; this includes attaching the series number sticker for each incoming returned items
· Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all customer units repair
