Job Description

At least 5 years of proven experience in local end to end recruitment.
Must have experience insourcing both passive and active candidates
Must have experience in an offshore staffing company and/or BPO industry
HR generalist experience is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools

With opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days work from home, 3 days onsite work)
