Job Description
-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for vehicle sales, suppliers, and service agreements.
-Ensure compliance with industry laws, safety standards, and emission regulations.
-Identify legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.
-Maintain legal files, manage documentation, and assist senior legal staff.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 1 year experience in a law firm or as in-house/corporate lawyer
-With 1 year experience in contracts management
-With 1 year experience in litigation management
-With 1 year experience in administrative case management
-With 1 year experience in policy development
-Willing to work in Pasay City
