We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team in Angeles City. This role focuses on staircase projects for Australian clients, requiring a keen eye for design plans and a solid understanding of construction materials and methods.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Study architectural plans, design drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work for staircases
Calculate the quantities and types of materials needed for stair construction
Provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and project timelines
Prepare and submit detailed price quotes or bids for stair installation projects
Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and offer recommendations on materials, design, and finishes
Maintain organized records of quotes, contracts, change orders, and correspondence
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Previous experience in estimating staircases, carpentry, or general construction estimating
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
