Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mechanical Estimator / HVAC Engineer with BPO experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical systems, cost estimation, and HVAC design, along with experience working in a BPO setting supporting international clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine materials, labor, and costs.
- Collaborate with international clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather project details.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Evaluate HVAC system designs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international mechanical and HVAC standards.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to optimize project budgets.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals within tight deadlines.
- Assist in value engineering and cost reduction strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
✔ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical estimation or HVAC engineering.
✔ Experience working in a BPO setting, supporting US, AU, or UK clients. (any)
✔ Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, cost estimation, and bidding processes.
✔ Familiarity with international HVAC codes and standards.
✔ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, estimating tools, and project management software.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
✔ Can start ASAP.
✔ Must be willing to work ONSITE
