Job Description

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HVAC estimating, project management, or a related field.
Preferably with Australian HVAC Estimator experience (is a plus)
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HVAC load calculations, ductwork, piping, and material take-offs.
Ability to analyze project scope, labor costs, material costs, and overall budget.
Understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.

Soft Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and mathematical skills to ensure accurate estimates.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate must be willing to work onsite (Sto. Domingo, Angeles City)
