Job Description

Position: Onboarding Manager

Salary Offer: Php80,000-Php110,000
Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨With at least 8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
✨3-4 years of experience in onboarding
✨Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Organize different orientation session for new employees
✨Introduce new employees to their respective team
✨Manage the onboarding team
✨Create reports and analytics
✨Ensure contract renewals
✨Ensure that pre employment documents and medical exams are aligned to company standard
✨Other task may be assigned from time to time
