Position: HRBP Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ At least 5 years of experience specializing in Employee Labor Relations
✨ Exposure in handling LR and ER for a BPO or call center is advantage
✨ Willing to work into night shift schedule
✨ Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Participate in processing the employees’ cases, notices and memorandums.
✨Manage and execute the training for new processes and policies of the employees and concerns or question.
✨Mange the post-activity surveys analysis
✨ Conduct root cause analysis for attrition
✨ Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and activities assigned by the management to support the business's growth and success.
