Job Description

-Promotes an open-door policy for any employee concerns, offers support for personal and work-related issues. Facilitates access to employee assistance programs and resources.
-Ensures that internal communications are commuted to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner.
-Addresses employee relations issues, conducts investigations, makes recommendations for resolution, resolves and enforces appropriate disciplinary action. This includes coordination with legal in attending any labor disputes, summon or mediation to any government agencies such as DOLE, NLRC if necessary.
-Facilitates the client initiatives on employee engagement, activities and programs based on the approved budget set by each company of the client.
-Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, 201 file. Maintains, monitors and updates documentation of employment records, contracts, employee movements and other necessary information.
-Facilitates and coordinates with involved client managers and respective departments on employee offboarding. This includes coordinating relevant documentation for offboarding and turnover, conducting exit interviews, providing management with feedback mechanisms, and processing and coordinating with the employment certificate, clearance, and quitclaim, and other relevant documents.
-Other tasks may from time to time be assigned in accordance with the exigencies of the business, within the employee’s department, within the company.

Job Qualification:
-At least 6 months years proven experience in employee and labor relations, employee engagement
-At least 6 months experience in conflict and grievance resolutions, investigation and policy implementation
-At least 6 months HR proven experience
-Has at least 6 months experience in attending any labor proceedings with DOLE (SENA, NLRC, etc.).
-Willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City
