Job Description
-10+ years of experience in geodetic surveying, mapping, and geospatial analysis.
-Expertise in land, hydrographic, and aerial surveying techniques.
-Proficiency in geodetic software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MicroSurvey, Trimble Business Center.)
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
-Ability to manage field teams and work under tight deadlines.
-Knowledge of geodetic laws, property boundaries, and land titling procedures.
-Conduct land, hydrographic, and aerial surveys using geodetic instruments
-Prepare and verify topographic, boundary, and cadastral maps
-Establish control points and perform leveling and alignment surveys
-Ensure accurate data computation and adjustments
-Process and analyze data using GIS and CAD software
-Validate geodetic information for project compliance
-Prepare technical reports and documentation for approvals
