Job Description
Licensed Geodetic Engineer with a valid professional certification.
10+ years of experience in geodetic surveying, mapping, and geospatial analysis.
Expertise in land, hydrographic, and aerial surveying techniques.
Proficiency in geodetic software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MicroSurvey, Trimble Business Center.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to manage field teams and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of geodetic laws, property boundaries, and land titling procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct land, hydrographic, and aerial surveys using geodetic instruments
Prepare and verify topographic, boundary, and cadastral maps
Establish control points and perform leveling and alignment surveys
Ensure accurate data computation and adjustments
Process and analyze data using GIS and CAD software
Validate geodetic information for project compliance
Prepare technical reports and documentation for approvals
