Job Description
PROJECT SITE: NEW CLARK PORT PAMPANGA
QUALIFICATIONS
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer with a valid professional certification.
• 10+ years of experience in geodetic surveying, mapping, and geospatial analysis.
• Expertise in land, hydrographic, and aerial surveying techniques.
• Proficiency in geodetic software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MicroSurvey, Trimble Business Center.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to manage field teams and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of geodetic laws, property boundaries, and land titling procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct land, hydrographic, and aerial surveys using geodetic instruments⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Prepare and verify topographic, boundary, and cadastral maps
• Establish control points and perform leveling and alignment surveys
• Ensure accurate data computation and adjustments
• Process and analyze data using GIS and CAD software
• Validate geodetic information for project compliance
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for approvals
