Job Description

Finance/Accounting Assistant
Qualifications:
*Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
*Experience in General Ledger functions.
*Familiarity with Payroll, BIR and other LGU regulations
*Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
*Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, 8Box Solutions, Peachtree, SUN Accounting System) *Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
*BSBA major in Accounting, BS Accountancy, Finance or relevant field *Minimum 2 years work experience as a Finance/ Accounting Assistant *Fresh graduates with excellent credentials are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Processing and preparing financial statements.
Overseeing client accounts.
Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
Reporting discrepancies.
Preparing payments for employees.
Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
