Inbound Supervisor

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Supervisor based in the Philippines to join our global partner's team, which provides global warehousing and distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and coordinate the daily tasks of the receiving team.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents.
- Train new employees on daily work procedures and responsibilities.
- Record customer arrivals daily and prepare personnel operations in advance.
- Monitor the progress of daily receiving activities, address any issues, and provide feedback on the daily receiving report.
- Manage customer relationships to resolve arrival exceptions and provide additional value-added services.
- Efficiently allocate receiving platform resources to avoid conflicts.
- Oversee asset management in the receiving area to prevent losses.
- Coordinate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Ensure adherence to 6S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) within your area of responsibility.
- Maintain the reservation system and facilitate the review of supplier delivery orders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Majors in logistics, management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, and other office software.
- Experience in B2C/B2B warehouses (e.g., eBay, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing operations, particularly in e-commerce fulfillment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong learning ability, particularly with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high self-motivation.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a plus.
