Warehouse Staff

Job Responsibilities:
*Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized materials are stored in the warehouse.
*Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged goods are replaced, and customers are kept informed about their orders’ status.
*Ensuring that warehouse staff members are following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures such as wearing protective gear when handling hazardous materials.
*Performing administrative tasks such as ordering new inventory items or renting new storage space when needed.
*Executes good problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause errors and solutions.
*Coordinate fulfillment of daily staffing requests, distribute to agencies, facilitate fulfillment.
*Assisting with equipment maintenance, including cleaning and repairing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery
*Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials
*Ability to develop and implement programs and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
*Preferably with 1-2 years previous work experience as warehouse administrator in a Logistics company,
*Familiar in warehouse operations: Cargo & Material Stacking, Manpower Scheduling, Inventory Control, Warehouse Maintenance Monitoring & Security,
*Knowledgeable in Forklift Operations will be an advantage but nit required.
*Able to communicate with all levels.
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft.
*Excellent communications skills.
*Preferably residing in Santa Rosa Laguna or living nearby area.
