Job Description

What You'll Do:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product/service information in a clear and friendly way
• Handle and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of interactions

What We're Looking For:
• At least SHS graduate with or without BPO experience
• Can communicate effectively with customers
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift
• Must be fully vaccinated (Booster shot is not required)
• Can start ASAP
