Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate financial contracts
Assist in ensuring financial processes adhere to compliance standards
Collaborate with various teams to optimize financial workflows
Manage and monitor financial transactions and documentation
Prepare reports and summaries related to financial matters
Assist in audits and other financial checks as required
Provide support in other finance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Education: College Graduate / Postgraduate in Laws
Experience:
Experienced in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Knowledge of financial and legal compliance standards is a plus.
Certification: Bar passer preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.
