Job Description
Position Overview
The Sales Director at Group NB is a crucial role focused on Managing Sales Transaction and Securing new business deals in the staffing industry. This Individual excels at converting leads into signed agreements and ensuring that clients staffing needs are met with precision and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Director must have a leadership role overseeing the sales operations, strategy and performance of its team members to ensure revenue and growth, also develop key strategies to foster strong business relationships with key customers and marketing partners.
Experience:
• Must have at least 5 years of solid experience in a foreign headhunting firm.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in the local manpower industry, including 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in managing large accounts and complex negotiations.
Skills and Competencies:
• Must have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Expert understanding of sales methodologies and tools (CRM systems, sales analytics platforms).
• Must have the ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform strategies.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
