About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive marketing initiatives across our group of companies in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and market expansion. With a strong background in change management, this leader must be able to adapt to different workplace environments, work at all levels, and elevate the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Lead the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
Multi-Industry Marketing Leadership – Oversee marketing operations for food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Brand Management & Positioning – Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and competitive positioning across multiple industries.
Change Management & Business Growth – Lead marketing transformations, driving innovation and adapting to evolving industry trends.
Market Expansion & Customer Insights – Identify new opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and expand into new markets.
Digital & Traditional Marketing Integration – Optimize digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional advertising, and PR strategies for maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
Marketing Team Development – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Performance Analysis & Budget Management – Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
Hands-on & Adaptive Leadership – Be willing to roll up sleeves and engage at all levels of marketing operations when needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
8 to 15 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail marketing.
Extensive experience in change management and driving marketing transformations.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market expansion.
Exceptional leadership, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in market analysis, campaign performance tracking, and budgeting.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig, Monday to Friday.
