Customer Service / Full-time / Long-term
Seeking an enthusiastically energetic, organized, professional with experience in a high volume, customer service focused environment to provide support to team members and customers.
They will happily work with clients in the office and over the phone as well as work with team members in software applications and processes in a busy homeowner association management office. Ideal candidate will bring excellent communication, organization, technical and problem-solving skills and enjoy a variety of projects and responsibilities.
This position represents clients' first impression of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provides exceptional customer service by answering multi-line, high volume telephone calls with a friendly & professional tone of voice, determines purpose of callers, resolves callers needs if able, forwards calls to appropriate personnel, department, or division and documents all communication. Could support 25+ calls per day.
Ensures the caller’s needs are met by actively listening to and understanding the customer, anticipates customer needs, and gives high priority to customer satisfaction. Is also able to manage multiples by putting callers on hold as well as ending calls in a timely, professional manner.
Provides back up support for calls and emails from other AMS office locations.
Maintains applicable databases and updates websites.
Utilizes software applications such as Microsoft Office, Caliber (database software).
Maintains good public relations and interacts with clients, customers, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner providing superior internal and external customer service.
All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.
Responsible for daily tracking of non-billable and billable time of a minimum of 50% of hours worked.
High quality training will be provided!
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidate would have a basic to moderate understanding of homeowner associations.
Minimum of one year responsibly performing identical or comparable duties.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm PST

- ₱45,000.00 Monthly
