Brand Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and execute sales strategies through both traditional and digital platforms.
2. Coordinate with various departments to plan and carry out campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives.
3. Review and refine advertisements and training materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
4. Comply with and assist in enforcing company policies, procedures, and best practices across all marketing efforts.
5. Develop and oversee comprehensive brand strategies that enhance awareness and engagement.
6. Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to support product and brand growth.
7. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the brand’s market presence.
8. Collect and analyze customer feedback, insights, and data to refine marketing strategies continuously.
9. Improve overall customer experience through targeted and effective marketing initiatives.
10. Provide assistance with various marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in BSBA Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in brand marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage technology effectively.
- Intermediate knowledge of graphic design principles and software.
