Job Objectives:
In this role, Social Media Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Will handle content creation, our social media platforms
scheduling, and
management across
all
• Track engagement, analyze performance, and develop strategies to boost our brand's online presence
• Will also include community management, covering on-site events and promotions • Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with Brand Managers, Sales, and customer service teams to ensure that social media is used to support the overall busi ness goals.
• Staying Ahead of Digital Trends: The digital landscape is ever-changing, must stay ahead of the curve. Whether it's the latest platform features or trending hashtags, they keep their fi nger on the pulse of the digital world.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in a social media role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using social media management tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.
Core skills:
• Graphic Design & Video Editing - Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software to create engaging visuals and videos.
⚫ Copywriting & Editing-Ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
