Social Media Officer - Urgent

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a social media role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.

Core skills:
- Graphic Design & Video Editing - Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop,
- CapCut, or similar software to create engaging visuals and videos.
- Copywriting & Editing - Ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will handle content creation, scheduling, and management across all our social media platforms
- Track engagement, analyze performance, and develop strategies to boost our brand's online presence
- Will also include community management, covering on-site events and promotions
- Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with Brand Managers, Sales, and customer service teams to ensure that social media is used to support the overall business goals.
- Staying Ahead of Digital Trends: The digital landscape is ever-changing, must stay ahead of the curve. Whether it's the latest platform features or trending hashtags, they keep their finger on the pulse of the digital world.
