Job Description
Overall monitoring of customer service issues per month
Monitoring of customers feedback and suggestions
Distribution of accounts to Customer Service Associates
Keeps and maintains records of customer inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Providing necessary explanations, solutions, and guidance to resolve issues.
·Prepare regular reports summarizing overall feedback, concerns, and closed issues and complaints.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Graduate of any four-year Business Course
Must have product and process knowledge
Possesses excellent communication and listening skills
With professional attitude and strong work ethics
Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients
Computer proficient, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
