Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, coordination, exam, and job offer).
Conducting phone interviews with candidates, ensuring alignment between applicant skills and departmental and operational needs.
Posting for job vacancies (through Indeed, Jobstreet, Facebook and other Job Platforms)
Collaborating with managers and supervisors to anticipate recruiting needs and provide solutions.
Aligning and coordinating with teammates to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Preparing detailed end-of-day and monthly reports on recruitment progress and performance.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Mass Communications, or related fields.
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the confidence to conduct interviews and interact with candidates over the phone.
-Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Skype, Zoom, and Job Platforms
-Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of multitasking.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
-Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to embrace changes and new challenges.
