Job Description
*Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination
*Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
*Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration
*Organize and facilitate HR-related training and development programmed
*Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support
*Collaborate with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
What we're looking for:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
*Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
*Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and HR-related software
*Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
*Adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning and improvement
